Adam W. Watters - Attorney †
Adam and his sister and law-partner, Andrea, are native Tucsonans. Together they have tried numerous jury trials resulting in jury verdicts awarding their clients over $20 million. Adam has worked as a judge pro tempore in the Pima County Justice Court for nine years. Prior to attending law school, Adam founded, owned and published a weekly newspaper and was also a city editor for two daily newspapers in Arizona. The Watters practice in the areas of community association law as well as employment law and toxic torts. They have handled several class action lawsuits representing thousands of clients. As native Tucsonans they are very familiar with the attorneys and judges in southeastern Arizona.
