Rising above collection challenges in challenging economic times

Collections

Collections can be a difficult process to navigate, especially when the economy is struggling. That is why we come alongside associations to offer several different collections options, traditional and contingent, to ensure that associations can still collect, even when things seem hopeless. Our experienced collections professionals prepare demand letters, lien notices, money judgments, lien foreclosures, garnishments and bankruptcies. We also offer set fees for many services and regularly hand out free materials to guide managers and board members through the collections process.

For more information or to request free collections materials, email attorney Javier Delgado or Director of Client Relations Heidi Hallquist.
