Javier was named a partner in 2007, after being a member of the firm since 2002. He leads the Collections Team and also provides clients with general legal advice.

Javier focuses on providing board members and managers with collection tactics and strategies and aggressively pursuing delinquent owners. He has extensive hearing and trial experience.

Javier has spoken nationally at the Community Associations Institute’s annual seminar, for local municipal community association groups, as well for the local chapter of a nationally recognized paralegal continuing education organization.

He is also the co-editor of the Arizona edition of a national book series titled Law and Mental Health Professionals: Arizona 2nd Edition.
