Mark joined the firm in 2007. He is practicing primarily in the areas of enforcement/litigation and insurance defense, and assists in general counsel issues.

Before joining Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado and Wood, Mark spent five years representing homeowners, condominiums and homeowners associations in complex construction defect litigation, including class actions. Prior to that, Mark practiced for four years in a variety of areas, including contracts, employment, construction, and litigation. During this time, Mark represented charter schools and school districts in all areas of their operations, and also represented a variety of small businesses.
