Education Update

The 67 Minute Lunch topic for the month of May is called “What Would You Do?” The attorneys have come up with various scenarios, situations and ethical dilemmas that board members and managers might face in the day to day world of running a community association. The audience will then be asked, “What would you do? Choices will be given and the audience will respond anonymously using our “clicker” system. When the speaker reveals the answers given, a lot of fun discussion can happen. (Did you really say that?) This seminar is offered three times in May. Check the education calendar for the date that fits your schedule. We are also offering a brand new roundtable discussion this month: for luxury communities—units one million dollars and over. Managers and board members from these communities are welcome to come enjoy lunch and discuss the issues unique to your communities. That is offered on May 18. You can register on this website. For questions or to register by email, check in with our Director of Education, Shannon@Carpenterhazlewood.com.
